This podcast will provide lots of tools, tips, and ideas on personal and professional change, so you can identify new strategies and concepts to build a more balanced life. Everybody’s journeys through life are different, Ewan shares his stories and life experiences to provide an insight into how we can let go of negative emotions, learn new ways of thinking, whilst creating and maintaining positive change.
Ewan will also be interviewing other guest speakers who know first-hand how NLP and other personal development tools can change lives.
Episode 1 - Just Two Things
My passion in life is personal development. This passion led me to the world of NLP, Coaching, Time Line Therapy™, and Hypnosis. Which in turn enabled me to align my career and my passion. Learning, and then sharing what I learn with others is what I love to do. I have been working in the personal development field for 17 years. Even before it became my full-time occupation I read avidly about the nature of life. Deep questions about the meaning and structure of reality drove my quest. I always thought that if I uncovered how the universe really functions then I would have experiences that bring me joy and happiness more often. As many of you know, in 2019 I published a book called It’s Time, about what I’ve learned about time, consciousness, and our human existence.

Episode 3 - Negative Emotions
Feeling emotions, good or bad, is an everyday aspect of being human. We constantly undertake activities that we believe will bring us a sense of happiness, joy, fulfilment, accomplishment, success, fun, or purpose.
