Welcome to Episode 01 of ‘Just Two Things’
On this first episode I go into more detail about personal responsibility and the reflective nature of reality. We have to start somewhere, so why not here!
As humans we do like to over complicate things, I know I’ve done it for years and years myself. But now I’ve come to believe that life is fundamentally very simple. In fact, there are just two things that you need to understand about your life. If you honestly and wholeheartedly integrate these two things into your life you can live the life you want. The only two things that you need to know are:
- You are responsible for your life. For what you think about it, what you do with it, and how you feel about it. You, and no one else.
- What you put out is what you get back. Somewhere, somehow, somewhen.
During the coming weeks and months, ill be using the podcast to share information about Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Time Line Therapy™, and Hypnosis. But I will also share what I know about other personal development topics, ideas, and thinkers too. All of this is aimed at putting flesh on the bones of the two things above. At this time in our collective development there are a very wide range of tools, techniques, and philosophies. It is possible to draw on the ones that resonate the most with you. Find what works for you. Just because something works for someone else doesn’t mean that it must become part of your journey. But whatever methods and tools you use you won’t ever be able to get away from these two things.
