GOOGLE ANALYTICS
When a user visits inspire360.co.uk we use Google Analytics to collect information about visitors to our site. We do this to find out which pages on our site are popular and to find out where and how our visitors access the site. All of the information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone as an individual by making the data anonymous before it is written.
COOKIES
Like most sites inspire360.co.uk uses cookies which are a small file stored by your web browser to track your visit. They are used as a way of remembering when a device has accessed our site. Cookies are essential in the operation of an online shop. We do not use cookies to record information on your name or address.
MAILING LISTS
When you register to receive our ‘free nlp training’ or sign-up for our newsletter we collect some personal information from you. We use the information to tell you about upcoming courses or events from inspire360 or it’s trainers or about updates to the site and special offers. We may also use this information to check with you that the information we hold is correct and that you still want to receive it.
We use a third-party provider, Mailchimp to deliver our newsletter. It allows us to gather statistics about email openings as well as clicks following industry standards to help us monitor our delivery of the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any of our mailings by clicking the unsubscribe link on the bottom of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Joanne Binks at joannebinks@inspire360.co.uk. PURCHASE DATA
When you purchase a course from Inspire360.co.uk we will store your name, billing address, delivery address, contact number and email in our online shop. We use this information to ensure you are given the correct information about your course and any pre-course study materials.
