We will also explore your past as a smoker to ensure that we identify any particular habits or behaviours that you have with associated with the smoking. We will use the tools and techniques of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis to re-programme your unconscious patterns. This can often be undertaken within one 3 hour session.
