NLP Therapy – Confidence

Is your lack of confidence or self assurance holding you back in life?
We are all on our own journeys through life; we all have our own unique gifts and talents. One of the most common themes holding people back on their journey is what they think about ourselves.
Self esteem comes from within; as we grow up our mind acts as sponge and soaks up everything around us. This can be good and bad; sometimes we even make decisions about ourselves and our capabilities when we have no real reason for doing so. Test your self-belief; think about all of the things that you want to do in your life, and now ask yourself do you believe that you can do it? If you do great and if you don’t then you too could benefit from work on yourself esteem.
Why use NLP to boost self-confidence
NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis are a proven set of techniques that work on reaching deeper within your unconscious mind to access and change the self defeating patterns that you run. Think of your mind now like a computer. We run programmes in our mind that produce our behaviour. NLP is a toolkit that allows the therapist to read, understand and change that code so that you can run new patterns which allow you to express more effectively who you are. We are confident that we can help you.
What can I expect?
Our approach works on the basis that everyone is different. Everyone has been on their own unique journey through life and though we may often have problems that present in similar ways the causes can be different. So the approach is unique and personal. From the clients perspective the process is very simple; you need to be honest with yourself and your therapist and as far as you are able to follow instructions. Typically a first session of two to three hours will be conducted, the purpose of which is to uncover how you do your particular problem. This session will explore your past life and current situation and problems. From this a plan as to what therapeutic interventions are required will be determined. This is a process of understanding the present in the context of past so that unwanted patterns or behaviours can be let go or changed. As a general guide from start to finish you should expect therapy to last for six to nine hours in total.
